A good immune system is brought about when we are able to enjoy a relaxed sleep.
For one to be able to adjust their breathing pattern, one has to pay attention to their natural way of breathing. Here, it will be very important to count how much time you take when inhaling and exhaling. Once you understand the amount of time you take during the breathing process, you will be able to have a good start. During coherent breathing, it is very essential for one to be sited in a comfortable position. For a starter, you can start by breathing in for about five seconds and exhale for the same amount of time. Once you practice, you will be able to take longer breathes comfortably. During coherent breathing, it is very important to ensure that you breathe from your diaphragm for you to feel the results. This means that you will be required to put your hand on your stomach as a way of monitoring whether you are taking deep or shallow breaths.
